Herbs de Provence Vinegar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 TBSP Fennel Seeds
  • 1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Tarragon
  • 2 TBSP Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1-2 TBSP Chopped Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Mint
  • 1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Marjoram
  • Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients in a clean pint jar.
  2. Fill with raw apple cider vinegar.
  3. Allow sit in warm place for 4 weeks. Shake daily. Strain when 4 weeks are complete.
  4. It is best stored in a brown glass bottle.
