Master of Herbalism

This last week I was finishing my Master of Herbalism program with the phenomenal Gigi Stafne and the Green Wisdom School of Botanical and Natural Medicine.

We ended the year long program with the Intermediate Herbalism Summer Field Study Program (for me this was delayed till the end because of Covid).

    My Philosophy of Herbalism

Perhaps one of the biggest take aways from this program is my ability to really pinpoint my philosophy of care and where I really want to focus my energies. You can find out more about my philosophy on my About Page but I will restate it here.

My work as an herbalist is driven by two things–

    • My love of history, especially women’s history and ancient healing modalities.
    • My love for my life work of parenting.

I believe that we are at a critical point in earth’s history. We need a complete revolution, but not the revolutions of the past. This revolution will be based on individual, personal, spiritual evolution. The ancient healing traditions including herbalism and astrology are poised to help us.

Still even with this ancient help the work is likely to be multi-generational. That is where parenting comes in. By devoting our spiritual gifts to raising the next generation of spiritually evolved revolutionaries we can and will ensure the survival of not only our species but the planet.

This is why I started AmyDoeun.com. To give you the tools to first begin your own spiritual evolution and to hopefully instill in you the passion to pass it on to the next generation. After all we are Saving the World!

Our essential/true self is the key to it all.

My motto is Nourish Grow Change

By Nourishing and Growing our True Self we can and will Change the World!
